The former 7News Melbourne weather presenter, 41, announced the heartbreaking news to Instagram on Friday. Alongside a lengthy caption, she shared a photo of herself and two of her children holding hands with her mother as she lay in hospital. 'My mum is dying and will soon take her last breath. It's been a long farewell,' she penned alongside the photograph.
