TACO Bell fans have raved about a new craveable limited-time menu item that's set to launch nationwide next month.
Chicken lovers will soon be able to enjoy Taco Bell's Crispy Chicken Nuggets which are part of the brand's latest delicious menu update.
In February, the Mexican food chain announced in a press release that it would be focusing on "bringing more bold and internationally Mexican-inspired flavors to the world" with its new menu items.
One noteworthy item was the chicken nuggets, which are marinated in jalapeno buttermilk, breaded in a tortilla coating, and fried.
Customers can choose two new sauces for dipping their nuggets – the signature Bell sauce, made of tomatoes, chiles, onion, and garlic, or the hot and sweet Jalapeno Honey Mustard.
Those craving the Crispy Chicken Nuggets will need to check their Taco Bell app to see if the latest addition is available at a location near them.
As of now, the nuggets are being tested out in Houston and are scheduled to launch nationwide on June 5, according to a post on Instagram by the snack tracking account, Snackolator (@snackolator).
Commenters under the post have mixed emotions about Taco Bell's latest announcement.
"Just stick with tacos," a skeptical diner replied.
However, those who have tried the nuggets have good things to say about them.
"Went to Taco Bell for the Nacho fries and saw they had nuggets," commented one Houston-based Taco Bell customer.
"Tried them and they weren't bad by themselves; however they were delicious when dipped in Nacho cheese."

Others who have tried the newest addition agree.
"I've tried them and they're pretty good," commented one user.
One Taco Bell fan said the nuggets were "surprisingly crispy."
If Crispy Chicken Nuggets weren't enough, Taco Bell also announced it will be adding Crispy Chicken Crispandas to the menu.
The Crispanadas will consist of chicken marinated with garlic, tomato, and onion, then combined with three cheeses tucked inside a crisp pastry dough.
