Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy smashes tablet in furious outburst on sideline
Dallas Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy let the red mist descend during their game against the Atlanta Falcons after smashing a tablet on the sidelines in frustration. Early in the second quarter at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, McCarthy and offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer dialed up an end-around to wide receiver CeeDee Lamb on 4th-and-1 inside Atlanta's 45-yard line. Yet much to the Cowboys HC's dismay, the play proved a disaster when Lamb was tackled and dragged behind the line of scrimmage for a loss of three.
